In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to enhance your soil so you can grow better and healthier food plants from local food gardeners Lone Sorensen Northern Roots) and Jocelyn Apps (Yellowknife Urban Farm).

You will learn earn about soil pH and three big soil nutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (N-P-K). Bring a soil sample from your garden to test. Once you have registered we will send you instructions on how to collect your soil sample.

The registration fee is $65 and will include a trusted soil testing kit (40 tests from Luster Leaf) as well as recommendations for your soil enhancement.
